It is a normally used for Foreign Exchange,and mainly used to describe trading in the foreign exchange market. It is same as Stock Trading, a stock trader will buy a commodity/Stock if he/she thinks the its price will rise or sell if he/she thinks that it price will go down. Forex Trading is done in pairs of Currencies( if Trading Currencies) Trader will Buy Currency pair if he/she thinks that exchange rate will rise is future or sell the pair if he/she thinks that exchange rate will fall.
